JobSummary:

The Project Coordinator will oversee the telecommunications teamsproject portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role willbe assigned to all projects in a region and is responsible for maintainingproject schedules, tracking costs, managing materials, contracting and permittracking, and managing IT change tickets. Additionally, the Project Coordinatorwill maintain project data and communicate risks to the Program Manager andother applicable stakeholders.

JobDuties and Responsibilities:

Manageslow-level project schedules and tracks deliverables for the Telecom projectteam.

Tracksand provides updates on financials for their perspective projects.

Attendproject meetings to provide updates as required.

Assistswith task execution and scope assessment of new projects.

Provideschange management assistance by entering and processing project changes inSNOW.

Assistsin administrative work related to project delivery, such as permitting,contract tracking, and documentation gathering.

Assistsengineers in the material ordering process of the projects.

Qualifications(Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

Basic or Minimum Requirements

Education:

o Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, or arelated field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

o 1+ yearsof experience in project coordination or project management support.

Technical Skills:

o Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Project Management Knowledge:

o Understandingof project lifecycle, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management principles.

o Ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Communication & Collaboration:

o Strongwritten and verbal communication skills for stakeholder updates.

o Ability towork effectively with cross-functional teams and regional coordinators.

Organizational Skills:

o Detail-orientedwith excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

o Skilled inmaintaining accurate records and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with telecommunications projectsor IT infrastructure preferred.

Experience with project management tools(e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).

Knowledge of Power BI for resource trackingand reporting is a plus.

Prior cost control experience preferred.

PMP, CAPM, or other project managementcertifications are a plus.

Proven experience in program or portfoliomanagement within telecommunications or a related field a plus.

WorkingConditions:

Work is conducted in an office environment(Private or Semi-Private Office) on an active construction site.

Field duties require outdoor work in a plant orconstruction atmosphere

Interaction with other team members, as well assupervisors and client personnel

Working plant, construction, and/or shop areasaround production machinery with extreme noise levels

Must be able to wear safety equipment asrequired by the safety department for personal protection

May be at more than one job site in a day andmust be able to tolerate climate changes

May be required to travel out of town on aperiodic basis.
