Business Analyst (Infrastructure & Networking)-Pontiac MI-Hybrid in Pontiac, Michigan at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support infrastructure projects across Networking, Servers, Workstations, Microsoft 365/O365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvements.
• Perform data analysis, research, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Support testing, implementation, and deployment of technology solutions.
• Develop procedures, provide user training and support, and improve existing systems.
• Prepare RFPs and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Productivity Suite.
• Experience working on IT Infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
• Self-starter with strong ownership and customer-service focus.
