Company Description

Soar Autism Centeris an innovative autism care delivery company that offers speech, occupational, and naturalistic applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy to children under the age of six. Byleveraging the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Soar works exclusively with youngchildren in their most formative years of social development and teaches behavior usinggentle, responsive, and play-based strategies. Soar coordinates care between specialists,therapists, and registered behavioral technicians in-house, providing a one-stop shop forchildren and families seeking wrap-around and holistic care. Additionally, by prioritizing ahigh supervision caseload, clinicians each have a patient population of no more than 8 children at a time though all occupational, speech, and behavioral therapy sessions operate on a 1:1 clinician-to-child ratio.

Soar currently operates multidisciplinary clinics across four statesColorado, Arizona,Pennsylvania, Maryland, and is on track to operate 50 clinics by the end of 2026. As policy changes in the ABA space have mandated that insurance companies cover autism care in all 50 states, Soar is well-positioned for its next phase of growth, which includes plans to expand into Virginia and Washington, D.C. in 2027.

Position Description

The Colorado Market President will join Soar at a pivotal time for the organization. This individual will play a vital role in aligning strategic objectives with the unique dynamics ofthe local market, leading the charge for CHOP-Soar's expansion in Colorado during 2027.

Focused on all aspects of the strategy, execution, and expansion of Soars clinical centers in the Colorado region (and potentially future markets). Reporting directly to Ana Cesan, COO, the Colorado Market President will have full P&L responsibility and will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care across all facilities.

Serving as a true strategic thought partner and leader alongside founders & executive leadership team, this Colorado Market President will be responsible for developing andexecuting comprehensive business strategies that align with the company's overallobjectives and goals. They will also be tasked with identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and creating action plans to capitalize on emerging de novoopportunities. This position requires a strong focus on people leadership and effectiveteam management, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment to achieve collective goals. As Market President, this leader will be at the forefront of driving the establishment of new clinics and will also take on responsibility of overseeing all multi-siteclinic operations as the organization undergoes significant growth and expansion. Thisperson must be comfortable working cross-functionally, demonstrating visionary leadership as well as a willingness to roll up their sleeves to execute on Soars mission toexpand a care delivery model focused on approaching autism care differently.

Candidate Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of P&L for operations in the Colorado Market.
  • Drive success and expand new clinics in the Colorado market; develop strategic relationships with potential partners (payers, providers, regulators) in the Colorado area to drive new market expansion and scale efficiently.
  • Lead revenue growth, expense management, and general site operations.
  • Develops the skills of the local care management team to build talent in the organization.
  • Build upon Soars brand and ensure there is a differentiated patient experience.
  • Develop and implement a standard set of KPIs for Soars clinics to drive patient volume and track facility performance.
  • Possess a think big mentality and embraces the charge to strategize alongside the founders; pushes against the status quo of existing clinical models and industry standards of ABA care.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Has successfully owned a P&L through significant revenue growth. Has established operational processes to meet demands of growth in a rapidly scaling business,through inorganic and organic growth, without sacrificing performance and efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, or employee engagement.
  • Proven experience building, operating, and scaling a brick-and-mortar, multi-site, healthcare services organization; ability to standardize and implement efficientoperational processes that ensure quality.
  • Metrics and data-driven orientation with extensive experience implementing appropriate KPIs and developing meaningful analytics to drive continuousimprovement, streamline processes, inform strategic planning, and define operational success across multiple sites.
  • Demonstrated intellectual agility, approaches people leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset; has successfully managed, built, and developedhigh-performing teams.
  • Self-starter, proactive, works with agility.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives in a highly collaborative way; ability to serve as a translator of executive-level intentions and expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively tie long-term goals to tangible actions and articulate feedback to team members.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Must be located in the Colorado area or willing to relocate.
