Role 🎨
As a Clinician, you'll help people reclaim their lives, one client at a time, through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and care that adapts as they progress.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to understand each client's needs and whether Mindbloom is the right fit• Educate clients on the science, safety, and the experience itself, turning anxiety into informed confidence• Prescribe Spravato & TMS using our clinical protocols as your foundation and your clinical judgment to tailor treatment to each client for the best outcomes • Provide an exceptional client experience that earns their trust, their satisfaction, and their confidence in the care you deliver• Improve our clinical protocols and care model with insights from your work with clients• Opportunity to expand into telehealth on top of your clinic role• Room to grow into clinical leadership including mentoring, protocol design, and program building• Be among the first clinicians to offer psychedelic-assisted treatments as they gain approval, helping build the model from the ground up
