Sales Coordinator - Malaysia in Remote at Lakeland Industries

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations including order processing, delivery follow‑ups, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries with high accuracy.
• Support distributor partners with product information, pricing updates, promotional materials, and compliance documents.
• Assist the sales team in organizing meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.
• Track inventory levels, forecast needs, and communicate stock risks to relevant teams.
• Ensure all sales activities follow company policies, commercial guidelines, and technical standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate departments.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or commercial operations (Safety PPE business preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams (sales, logistics, finance, marketing).
• Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and urgency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with regional distributors or multi‑country operations.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, inventory management, or basic financial concepts.
