About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Blue Collar Recruitment team.

Supporting clients across North-West Victoria, you'll manage recruitment within the supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. You'll inherit an established client base with active roles to fill from day one, while also growing your own portfolio through relationship building and business development.

This is a true 360 recruitment role where you'll manage both clients and candidates, delivering end-to-end temporary and contract recruitment solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Source, screen, interview, and place quality candidates
• Deliver tailored recruitment solutions and market insights
• Manage offers, onboarding, compliance, and payroll administration
• Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records
• Work with the team to achieve individual and business targets

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years' experience in agency recruitment, ideally running a blue-collar temp desk
• Experience recruiting within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Proven ability to achieve recruitment and sales targets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A motivated, team-focused, and results-driven approach
