Responsibilities
This role is remote and can be located anywhere in the US.
The Vice President, Strategic Solutions & Delivery is a senior leadership role within the Casualty Solutions business unit that leads the Consulting, Professional Services, and Implementation functions, supporting the full customer lifecycle from pre-sales strategy through adoption, optimization, and expansion. Reporting to the Executive Vice President and General Manager, this executive will act as a transformational leader for our 50+ member team helping customers leverage AI, automation, analytics, and industry best practices to improve operational performance, accelerate innovation, and achieve strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a thought leader internally and externally on casualty operations, claims modernization, workforce transformation, and AI-enabled business processes.
- Position the organization as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders including claims leaders, operations executives, CIOs, COOs, and business sponsors.
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and operational priorities for customer-facing consulting, delivery, and implementation functions.
- Partner with commercial, product, and operational leaders to support company growth and customer success objectives.
- Drive organizational alignment across multiple functions to ensure consistent customer experience while addressing their business challenges and achieving measurably improved outcomes.
- Design and institutionalize a technology-enabled implementation framework that accelerates customer onboarding, standardizes best practices, reduces time-to-value, and delivers consistent outcomes across customers.
- Lead the continuous optimization of implementation processes through workflow automation, AI-enabled decision support, reusable playbooks, and performance metrics that drive faster deployment, adoption, and measurable business impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in solutions consulting, professional services, client consulting, technology services, or related disciplines.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing consulting teams, technical organizations, or professional services functions.
- Expertise within casualty insurance, risk solutions, claims technology, workforce management, healthcare technology, SaaS, or other complex business solutions environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior client and executive stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading large-scale customer engagements, business transformation initiatives, or operational improvement efforts leveraging AI, automation, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Strong business acumen, including experience managing performance, priorities, and resources.
- Effective communicator with the ability to lead through change and influence across multiple functions.

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $200,000 - $240,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
