Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead — Logistics & Supply Chain Management in Brazil at Jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead — Logistics & Supply Chain Management based in Brazil.

This is a senior, business-facing consulting role leading the Logistics and Supply Chain Management workstream of a greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. You will shape processes and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud across Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and related logistics capabilities. The role combines functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, solution design, configuration, testing, and data migration support. You will facilitate discovery and design workshops with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and operations teams. You will also oversee key integrations with e-commerce and warehouse management platforms. Working remotely in a nearshore delivery environment, you will collaborate with distributed technology and delivery teams while engaging directly with client stakeholders and leadership.

• Lead and facilitate discovery and business process design workshops with logistics, supply chain, procurement, and operations stakeholders.
• Own the functional design and end-to-end configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement.
• Take particular ownership of the Indirect Procurement value stream, translating requirements into practical, standard-first Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Configure and maintain item and article master structures, including style, color, size, seasonal, pre-pack, and kit structures where applicable.
• Maintain the documentation trail from business requirements through functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Support the extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of item, inventory, article, master, and historical data from legacy ERP systems.
• Own integration design between Oracle Fusion Cloud and Shopify for e-commerce order and inventory synchronization.
• Coordinate integration requirements with warehouse management systems supporting inbound and outbound logistics, as well as relevant adjacent Oracle Fusion modules.
• Collaborate with technical, data, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure functional designs translate effectively into end-to-end solutions.
• Present recommendations, design decisions, and progress to business stakeholders and client leadership.

• Significant experience leading or delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations in a senior functional consulting or workstream leadership role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement.
• Demonstrated experience with Indirect Procurement processes and the ability to take functional ownership of the value stream.
• Experience delivering greenfield implementations, including process discovery, requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, inventory, procurement, order management, fulfillment, and warehouse processes.
• Experience with item or article master data and complex product structures; fashion, apparel, retail, or similar industry experience is highly valuable.
• Experience supporting ERP data migration and ETL activities involving master and historical data.
• Understanding of enterprise integrations, particularly between ERP, e-commerce, and warehouse management platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process design skills, with the ability to translate requirements into effective Oracle solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills, with confidence engaging senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent spoken and written business English is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, distributed, nearshore consulting environment.

• Compensation: $30–$36 per hour.
