Job Description
Fractional Senior Executive Assistant
Remote | 15–20 Hours/Week | $40–$50/Hour
Partner Directly with the CEO
SafeTouch Security is a growing, established company with more than 30 years of experience serving customers and communities. We are looking for an exceptional Fractional Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our CEO and help keep his time, priorities, communications, and commitments organized and moving forward.
This is not a traditional administrative role. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, discreet, resourceful, and comfortable operating with a high degree of independence. The right person will anticipate what the CEO needs before being asked, know what requires immediate attention, and make it easier for him to focus on the decisions and relationships that drive the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working at the executive level and is looking for a high-impact fractional role with meaningful ownership and flexibility.
What You’ll Do
- Own the CEO’s calendar and priorities, strategically scheduling meetings, protecting focus time, and ensuring his time is aligned with the highest-priority business needs.
- Manage and triage executive communications, including identifying urgent matters, drafting correspondence, coordinating responses, and driving timely follow-up.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact for executives, customers, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare the CEO for meetings and key engagements by developing briefs, agendas, presentations, reports, and other materials and ensuring he has what he needs to be prepared.
- Drive follow-through on commitments, action items, and priorities by monitoring deadlines, coordinating with stakeholders, and proactively identifying what needs attention.
- Coordinate executive travel and logistics, including itineraries, reservations, schedule changes, and related arrangements.
- Manage executive expenses, including receipts, expense reports, corporate card activity, documentation, and follow-up on outstanding items.
- Manage and support the CEO’s LinkedIn presence, including profile management, content coordination/development, engagement, and efforts to increase visibility with customers, prospects, partners, and other key business stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information and executive records with exceptional discretion and professionalism.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives through research, organization, coordination, and follow-through.
- Continuously look for ways to make the CEO more effective, identifying opportunities to improve organization, communication, efficiency, and execution.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is an experienced Executive Assistant who can operate as a true extension of a CEO—not simply respond to requests, but anticipate them.
- 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO, C-suite executive, or senior leader, with a demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of what matters most.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the executive presence to interact confidently with senior leaders, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Strong judgment and discretion, with experience handling confidential business, executive, and personal information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and business technology, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Experience with expense reporting, corporate cards, accounting, or financial administration is preferred.
- Experience supporting executive social media, personal branding, or professional networking is a plus.
- Private equity-backed or private equity environment experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and take ownership of responsibilities in a fractional environment.
- Must successfully complete applicable background check and drug screening requirements.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Why This Opportunity?
- $40–$50 per hour
- 15–20 hours per week
- Fully remote within the lower 48 states
- Direct partnership with the CEO
- High level of autonomy and ownership
- Opportunity to have a meaningful impact on executive effectiveness and business priorities
- Flexible scheduling coordinated directly with the CEO
Work Schedule
This position averages 15–20 hours per week, generally during daytime business hours, Monday through Friday.
