  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across sales, systems, revenue operations, and other functions to drive alignment and execution.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related operations function supporting cross-functional sales organizations, ideally within a fast-paced and iterative SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a high-visibility role while maintaining strong judgment, organization, and emotional intelligence.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects that improve sales workflows and result in scalable, sustainable operational solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.com and familiarity with broader sales technology ecosystems.
  • Strong organizational skills and business judgment, with a track record of taking complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify trends, diagnose operational challenges, and use insights to influence sales decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex policies and processes into practical guidance for sales teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and influence teams across organizational boundaries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related discipline preferred; an MBA is optional.
  • Salesforce Administration experience is a plus but not required.
  • High ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and a strong team-oriented approach.
Benefits
  • Annual base salary range of $79,432.50–$133,500 USD, with the actual offer depending on factors such as location, skills, knowledge, and experience.
  • Competitive total compensation combining base salary, performance-based bonus or variable pay, and equity for eligible roles.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth public SaaS company with strong opportunities to make a measurable business impact.
  • Flexible, employee-led remote working model, with office access available where applicable.
  • Comprehensive health benefits and parental leave programs.
  • Professional development stipend to support continued learning and career growth.
