Schedule: Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:45 AM - 12:30 PM
Compensation: $17.00-$18.50 per hour

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, residents, vendors, and visitors. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll help keep our office running smoothly while creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet clients, visitors, vendors, and team members with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, copying, and document preparation.
  • Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department.
  • Assist with the initial processing of incoming and outgoing checks.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client and company information.
  • Support the office team with additional administrative duties as needed.
