Job Description

The primary focus of this role will be accounts receivable and billing support, including, but not limited to:
  • Generating client invoices
  • Managing collections activities, including client communication, report generation, and record updates
  • Entering and applying client payments
  • Responding to internal requests submitted to the Billing team
  • Preparing and distributing client statements
  • Maintaining and updating AR reports
  • Creating projects and setting up client accounts
  • Monitoring and assisting with AR aging reports
  • Providing general administrative support to the Billing team as needed
Ideal Qualifications and Skills
  • Accounts receivable experience preferred
  • Collections and client communication experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
  • Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
Hours
  • Approximately 30 to 40 hours per week during business hours 8-5PM, M-F
  • Overtime is not expected but would require prior approval if needed
Location
  • Salt Lake City office
  • This position will be fully in-office; remote work will not be available
Duration
  • As soon as possible through approximately November or December
  • This is intended to be a temporary position and is not expected to convert to a permanent role
