We are currently looking for: QA Tester – Production Industry

Requirements:

We are currently looking for a QA Tester to join a project within the Production Industry, contributing to the definition and execution of testing strategies and ensuring the quality and validation of software deliverables.

Required Competencies:

• 2+ years of professional experience in Software Testing / QA
• Experience defining Test Strategies according to testing requirements
• Experience creating frameworks for:
  • Test case identification
  • Test case creation
  • Test execution
  • Reporting
  • Documentation
• Experience implementing testing cycles at Sprint, Release and Rollout levels
• Ability to review deliverables and outcomes from a validation perspective
• Experience collaborating closely with Development teams to ensure compliance and completion of required reviews and approvals
• Experience with ALM tools, particularly:
  • Jira
  • Azure
• English – minimum C1
• Candidates must reside in Portugal
• CV/Profile must be submitted in English

Preferred Competencies:

• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience with AI/LLM
• ASTQB Certification

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Proactive and collaborative mindset
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively with Development and other technical teams
• Structured and methodical approach to testing and documentation

Location: Lisbon or Coimbra
Work Model:Hybrid /At least 2 days per week at the office
Salary Range: €2.200–€2.500 gross/month
