About the role
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and projects from planning through execution.
- Create, edit, and coordinate marketing content for email, social media, websites, print materials, and other channels.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign documentation.
- Support social media management, including content scheduling, monitoring, and basic performance reporting.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and audience communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and other partners to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and communications.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports using relevant marketing metrics.
- Assist with events, trade shows, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing materials, files, databases, and digital assets as needed.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, coordination, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with social media, email marketing, and digital marketing platforms.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, analytics, and campaign performance metrics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to work.
Compensation is expected to fall between $60,000 - $100,000
