This role is a high-impact customer-facing professional services position responsible for leading the full lifecycle of complex services engagements across the SEA and India region. You will act as both a technical advisor and delivery leader, ensuring successful execution of projects from pre-sales scoping through implementation and delivery. The role combines business development, project leadership, and technical consulting, requiring strong coordination with sales, product, engineering, and architecture teams. You will play a key role in driving regional revenue growth, profitability, and services adoption while ensuring high-quality customer outcomes. This position involves managing enterprise client relationships and aligning delivery with global strategic priorities. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly focused on execution excellence and customer success. You will contribute directly to scaling professional services impact across a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
- Own and manage the end-to-end professional services lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and pre-sales support to delivery execution and project closure.
- Drive regional PS pipeline development across SEA and India, ensuring alignment with revenue, booking, and profitability targets.
- Partner closely with sales teams to identify, develop, and close new and repeat services opportunities that meet customer expectations.
- Lead project scoping, planning, and delivery while ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and budget control across engagements.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and architecture teams to ensure effective execution of customer implementations and solutions.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, clear communication, and successful delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to PS growth strategy, including increasing services attach rates and improving overall regional performance.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or professional services roles within technology-driven organizations.
- Strong technical background with understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
- Proven experience in project management and end-to-end delivery of software or technology implementation projects.
- Strong customer-facing and consultative skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Solid business acumen with experience driving revenue, profitability, and services growth objectives.
- Familiarity with location services, GIS, or mapping technologies is a strong advantage.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
