Are you friendly, outgoing, and passionate about providing great hospitality? Do you enjoy creating a welcoming experience and helping guests feel at home from the moment they walk through the door?

Hearth Pizza Tavern is seeking Hosts and Hostesses to join our Front of House team. We are looking for dependable, energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and enjoy interacting with guests. All fresh, oven-fired pies with a wide selection of beers, wines, and spirits. All of our food is fresh and made in our own kitchen, right down to homemade dough, cheeses, and toppings. Top-shelf food with a tavern feel.

As a Host, you will be the first and last impression of our restaurant. Your ability to greet guests warmly, manage seating efficiently, and provide outstanding hospitality helps set the tone for every dining experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Manage wait lists and seating assignments
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions
• Coordinate table flow with managers and service staff
• Assist with takeout orders and guest requests as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand area
• Help create a positive guest experience from arrival to departure
• Support the Front of House team during busy shifts

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Previous host, hostess, customer service, retail, or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

• Evening/PM availability preferred
• Weekend availability strongly preferred
• Some daytime and weekend shifts available
• Holiday availability may be required
• Flexible scheduling based on availability and business needs

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $12.00 per hour
