Job Description

Technical Product Owner/Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Product Owner/Manager in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, user experience design, and technical delivery, driving the evolution of digital platforms that support a leading organization in the performing arts space. You will be responsible for shaping product vision and translating it into intuitive, high-fidelity user experiences that can be effectively implemented by an outsourced development team. Working closely with stakeholders across creative, operational, and technical domains, you will turn complex ideas into clear product requirements, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. The role emphasizes hands-on product ownership, from discovery and design through delivery and iteration. You will manage backlogs, guide sprint execution, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution. This is a highly collaborative and impact-driven position where strong UX thinking, technical fluency, and structured delivery practices come together to modernize and scale digital initiatives.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead product discovery efforts by conducting user research across diverse stakeholder groups and translating insights into actionable requirements.
  • Design and deliver high-fidelity user experiences using tools such as Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, UI systems, and detailed specifications.
  • Define and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap planning through development, testing, and release.
  • Coordinate closely with outsourced development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and consistent delivery quality.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, QA coordination, and iterative feedback cycles to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and priorities clearly to executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Requirements:
  • 3–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software or digital product environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and developer-ready UI documentation.
  • Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile/SCRUM and collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Technical literacy in web technologies and software development concepts, with the ability to bridge business and engineering.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and end-to-end delivery cycles in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled development workflows or emerging AI tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; certifications such as CSM or PMP are a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $90,000–$110,000.
  • Fully remote work within the United States, with structured working hours aligned to Pacific Time (8:00 AM–5:00 PM PT).
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage with approximately 70% employer contribution.
  • Unlimited paid time off to support work-life balance and flexibility.
  • Opportunity to contribute to innovative digital transformation initiatives in a mission-driven environment.
  • Exposure to modern product practices, UX design workflows, and outsourced global development teams.
