Shift Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Friday 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Work Location: On-Site (Production Facility)
Reports To: Production Manager / Shop Supervisor
Job SummaryThe Seasonal Production Support Assistant provides temporary support to ADAboy’s production, inventory, and facility operations during peak seasonal periods. This role assists with general labor tasks, organization, material handling, assembly support, cleaning, grounds maintenance, and other operational needs while learning basic production processes in a safe and supervised environment.
Assigned duties may vary based on age, experience, training, skill level, and applicable safety requirements.
This position is temporary in nature and does not guarantee continued employment beyond the seasonal assignment period.
Key Responsibilities• Assist production personnel with general assembly and installation support tasks.
• Assist with seat assembly, hardware preparation, and staging of materials.
• Assemble non-complex components and kits as directed.
• Organize tools, materials, and work areas to support efficient production operations.
• Support production flow by staging parts, materials, and assemblies for technicians.
• Assist with inventory activities including stocking, organizing, labeling, and material movement.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming materials under supervision.
• Clean workstations, production areas, break rooms, and common spaces.
• Collect and dispose of trash, scrap materials, packaging, and recyclables.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and facility upkeep, including mowing, weed trimming, and general outdoor cleanup as assigned.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the facility.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production, inventory, and facility operations.
Qualifications• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High school student or recent graduate preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work safely in a production and warehouse environment.
Tools & EquipmentADAboy will provide all tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) required to perform assigned job duties.
Physical Requirements• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials, parts, and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a production, warehouse, and outdoor environment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions when performing outdoor duties.

Safety & Work Standards• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Participate in all required safety training.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment concerns immediately.

• Due to age-related safety requirements, employees under the age of 18 may be restricted from operating certain equipment, driving vehicles, operating forklifts, or performing specific tasks in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
