About the Role:
Dick’s Drive- In is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Crew member. As a member of our Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with other crew members to maintain a clean and organized work environment, and to ensure that all food preparation and service meets our high standards. Crew members are critical to the success of our business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Food safety certification
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking food items according to company standards and recipes
- Serving food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment and utensils
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
