Love working with kids and want a job with variety and purpose? Girl Scouts Louisiana East is hiring Program Facilitators to support fun, engaging experiences for girls and families.

This role may support one or more program areas based on your interests, strengths, and Council needs. We work to place facilitators where they are the best fit whenever possible.

Program Area Examples

• Camps Marydale and Covington – outdoor activities, games, arts & crafts, watersports, horses, and camper experiences
• Community Outreach – programs at schools and community sites
• Membership – recruitment events, family engagement, and new member support
• DreamLab and Events – hands-on activities and program coverage at GSLE sites

What You’ll Do (Overview)

• Lead engaging activities for girls and families
• Set up and clean up materials and supplies
• Create a welcoming, positive experience
• Keep attendance and basic records
• Support safe, high-quality program delivery

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Requirements)

• Age 18+
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with youth, families, or community groups
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Flexible part-time availability Monday through Friday, some evenings and weekends
