You will take full ownership of the commercial success and market development strategy for a leading technology organization operating in the data infrastructure and enterprise storage space. This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and hands-on execution to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in Brazil. You will act as the key executive representative in the region, shaping go-to-market strategy, building high-performing teams, and strengthening partner ecosystems. Working closely with global leadership, you will translate international strategy into localized execution tailored to the Brazilian market. The position requires strong commercial acumen, leadership maturity, and the ability to influence at executive level. - Own and execute the country-level business strategy, translating global objectives into a localized go-to-market plan focused on revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, develop, and scale high-performing sales and technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous development.
- Build and strengthen a robust partner ecosystem, including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances, to accelerate market penetration.
- Serve as the primary executive representative in Brazil, engaging with senior stakeholders and customers in high-value commercial negotiations.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and operational performance to ensure accuracy and alignment with business targets.
- Collaborate with global and regional leadership teams to align strategy, share market insights, and ensure execution consistency.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, financial discipline, and local regulatory requirements across all business operations.
- Proven experience in country management, regional leadership, or senior commercial leadership roles within enterprise technology, software, or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex business operations or P&L responsibility.
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian enterprise IT landscape, including cloud, data infrastructure, and digital transformation trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing commercial and technical teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Strong executive presence with proven ability to negotiate and influence C-level stakeholders and enterprise customers.
- Fluent Portuguese and English proficiency, with strong communication skills in multicultural and matrixed environments.
- Experience managing partner ecosystems and indirect sales channels is highly desirable.
