Status: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

The Patient Care Coordinator is a crucial member of our team, interacting with and communicating with a variety of patients from their initial point of contact through the continuum of care, as well as practice providers and staff. The role will also maintain, evaluate, and at times, update, standards and guidelines in accordance with practice standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in med spa settings and possess excellent communication skills to foster positive patient interactions and streamline administrative processes.

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare and/or customer service
• College degree preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare or medical practice operations, including patient privacy practices and medical terminology, preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and our Electronic Health System (currently ModMed), with the ability to quickly adapt to new software
