• Diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcoaches and commercial vehicles
• Perform preventative maintenance and annual safety inspections
• Troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical systems, HVAC, brakes, suspension, and steering components
• Complete work orders accurately and provide updates on outstanding repairs
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support shop operations and collaborate with team members to meet fleet availability targets
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and inspections

• Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician Licence
• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence (DZ Licence considered an asset)
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
• Experience performing commercial vehicle safety inspections
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Fleet Focus, Samsara, Saucon, or similar maintenance systems is an asset
• Ability to travel across the U.S. border
• Must successfully comply with the Company's Drug and Alcohol Testing Program
