Associate Research Scientist, Evidence Generation

The Associate Research Scientist will support the design and execution of primary data collection studies aimed at improving healthcare decision-making and patient outcomes worldwide. Accountabilities:
  • Support the execution of primary data collection studies, including literature reviews, protocol development, survey design, interview guides, and research methodologies.
  • Contribute to qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, interpretation, and synthesis across diverse healthcare stakeholder groups.
  • Assist in developing project deliverables such as reports, presentations, summaries, and scientific materials under the guidance of senior researchers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional research teams to support study coordination, project timelines, and high-quality research outputs.
  • Participate in client engagement activities by preparing meeting materials, documenting action items, and supporting ongoing communications.
  • Contribute to business development activities including proposal preparation, background research, task descriptions, and timeline development.
  • Support data visualization and presentation development to effectively communicate research findings and insights.
  • Assist with the application of mixed-methods research approaches across a range of therapeutic and healthcare topics.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree or PhD in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Policy, Health Services Research, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant research experience, including academic, internship, consulting, or applied research experience.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and mixed-methods research approaches.
  • Experience using data analysis and research tools such as NVivo, Dedoose, R, SAS, Stata, Excel, or similar platforms.
  • Strong scientific writing, literature review, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication abilities, including experience preparing presentation materials and research summaries.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative, cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in pharmaceutical research, healthcare outcomes, and evidence generation strategies.
  • Strong willingness to learn, grow professionally, and contribute within a fast-paced research environment.
