  • Maintain required training, certifications, and system access for hospital, OPTN, and internal platforms.
  • Ensure continuous availability and responsiveness during assigned on-call shifts, including rapid response within required timeframes.
  • Document all pre- and post-transplant activities accurately within EMR systems and OPTN-related platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support training, onboarding, and evaluation of new coordinators.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with healthcare providers, patients, and families as part of the transplant coordination process.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, nursing, general science, or equivalent clinical experience in transplant-related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or transplant coordination environment.
  • Strong understanding of transplant processes, organ allocation systems, and clinical workflows.
  • Ability to operate effectively under time-sensitive, high-pressure conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clinical teams and patients.
  • Experience with EMR systems and healthcare documentation tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict regulatory and procedural guidelines.
  • Availability to work 24-hour on-call shifts with rapid response requirements.
  • Preferred: ABTC certification such as CCRN or CPTC.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary of $92,880.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
  • Paid time off and parental/caregiver leave options.
