- Drive business growth by developing and executing strategies that combine organic expansion with strategically aligned acquisitions.
- Conduct market analysis, segmentation, and financial evaluations to inform business decisions and identify high-value opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional diligence teams to evaluate acquisition targets, manage due diligence processes, and support deal execution.
- Build and maintain a robust M&A pipeline, cultivating mid-, near-, and long-term target relationships to strengthen growth potential.
- Translate complex technical and commercial data into clear, proprietary insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Partner with corporate development teams to successfully structure, negotiate, and integrate deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, business strategy, or business development, with substantial M&A diligence and financial modeling expertise.
- Proven experience in target cultivation, deal execution, and post-merger integration.
- 8+ years of domain experience in diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences, or related technology sectors.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize market insights and identify business levers for success.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to influence senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
