Sr Salesforce Developer

This role offers a high-impact opportunity to shape and deliver complex Salesforce solutions for critical business operations. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications that optimize workflows and enhance user experience. The position involves full lifecycle development, from requirement gathering and architecture design to coding, testing, and deployment, with an emphasis on Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce Service and Experience Clouds. You will also mentor junior developers, guide technical decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards. Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
  • Oversee the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce platforms including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations with external systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and highlight dependencies.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure Salesforce best practices and organizational standards are followed.
  • Manage the full development lifecycle, including testing, troubleshooting, and deployment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and document technical processes, coding standards, and system policies to ensure long-term maintainability and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including 10+ years of general programming/custom coding experience.
  • Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications with hands-on experience in LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce, SLDS, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative platform tools.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Tableau CRM development, integrations, and data migrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, and development best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, GitHub, VS Code, and SFDX for version control and deployments.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery), and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to mentor team members and manage multiple projects.
  • Must be a U.S. resident for 3 of the last 5 years and able to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance.
