Job Description

Senior RTCDP Technical Consultant

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior RTCDP Technical Consultant in the United States.

This role is centered on designing and implementing the foundational data and identity architecture within Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), enabling unified customer profiles and real-time personalization at scale. You will work at the core of enterprise Adobe Experience Platform ecosystems, shaping how data is ingested, modeled, governed, and activated across multiple downstream systems. The position requires deep technical expertise in identity stitching, XDM schema design, and batch and streaming data pipelines. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and solution consultants to bring complex customer data use cases to life across marketing, analytics, and activation platforms. Your work will directly enable segmentation, orchestration, and activation across channels such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, AEM, and Customer Journey Analytics. This is a highly technical, client-facing role where precision, scalability, and data integrity are critical to success.

Accountabilities
  • Design, configure, and maintain Adobe RTCDP components including schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and ingestion workflows.
  • Implement and validate batch and streaming data pipelines using APIs, connectors, and source integrations.
  • Architect identity stitching strategies across multiple identifiers (CRM IDs, ECIDs, hashed emails, device IDs) ensuring accurate profile unification.
  • Troubleshoot identity and profile issues such as fragmentation, namespace conflicts, and declining match rates.
  • Develop and manage XDM-based data models for CRM, behavioral, transactional, and event data.
  • Ensure data governance, consent management, deduplication, and compliance with privacy requirements.
  • Build and validate audience segments (rule-based, event-based, account-based, and streaming) and oversee activation to downstream destinations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Adobe specialists to align datasets, journeys, and analytics requirements across RTCDP, AJO, CJA, and AEM ecosystems.
  • Conduct end-to-end QA across ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation workflows.
  • Produce detailed documentation, mapping specifications, and technical runbooks to support delivery and client enablement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform ecosystems or similar enterprise CDP environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe RTCDP, including identity management, schemas, datasets, and ingestion frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of identity stitching, XDM schema design, and event-to-profile data modeling.
  • Experience with batch and streaming ingestion pipelines using APIs, connectors, and cloud-based data flows.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager integration scenarios.
  • Strong SQL skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data quality and transformation issues.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, privacy frameworks, and consent management practices.
  • Ability to collaborate in client-facing environments and translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills in enterprise-scale MarTech ecosystems.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $90,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Life insurance and disability benefits.
  • Paid time off and company holidays.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Exposure to leading Adobe Experience Cloud implementations across major enterprise clients.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation and customer data architecture programs.
  • Collaborative, innovation-driven environment focused on data, experience, and personalization at scale.
