Job Description

Senior Product Marketing Manager, Packaging, Pricing and Enterprise Commercialization

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Packaging, Pricing and Enterprise Commercialization in United States.

This role sits at the center of a major commercial transformation, focusing on how a fast-scaling SaaS platform wins and expands within enterprise and multi-location markets. You will define how the product is positioned for sophisticated buyers who demand proof of value, scalability, and operational depth. The role blends strategic storytelling, pricing architecture, and hands-on GTM execution across sales and product teams. You will own how messaging, packaging, and monetization evolve as the company moves upmarket. Working closely with cross-functional leaders, you will translate buyer insights into actionable strategy and commercial impact. This is a high-visibility position where your work directly shapes revenue growth, enterprise adoption, and long-term market positioning.

Accountabilities:

You will lead the development of upmarket positioning, pricing strategy, and enterprise commercialization efforts, ensuring alignment across product, sales, finance, and marketing. Your work will define how the platform is understood and sold to complex enterprise buyers.

  • Define and own the upmarket segment strategy, including ICP refinement and buyer committee mapping across enterprise and multi-location customers
  • Build compelling enterprise positioning and narrative frameworks that clearly articulate platform value and differentiation
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, messaging guides, ROI narratives, and objection-handling frameworks to support deal conversion
  • Partner with sales teams on strategic deals, refining messaging and tools based on real buyer feedback and market signals
  • Lead pricing and packaging strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments in collaboration with Finance and Strategy teams
  • Translate market insights into structured recommendations on tiers, value metrics, and monetization models
  • Influence product roadmap discussions by synthesizing enterprise customer needs and advocating for high-impact capabilities
Requirements:

This role requires deep experience in product marketing within SaaS environments, particularly focused on enterprise or mid-market commercialization. You bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, storytelling ability, and hands-on execution in complex GTM motions.

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in vertical SaaS and enterprise-facing environments
  • Proven ability to develop positioning and narratives for complex, multi-product platforms
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, including multi-stakeholder decision-making and value-driven evaluation processes
  • Experience building high-impact sales enablement tools such as decks, value frameworks, and executive-level messaging
  • Hands-on experience with pricing and packaging strategy, including tiering models and monetization design
  • Ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear commercial value propositions
  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Sales, Finance, and GTM functions
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with comfort engaging both executives and frontline sales teams
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a high degree of ownership
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with additional variable compensation opportunities
  • Equity participation in the company’s long-term growth
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Flexible vacation policy and paid holidays
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States
  • Monthly home office stipend and work-from-home support
  • Family planning resources and employee support programs
  • Learning and development benefits to support professional growth
  • Wellness programs and additional employee assistance resources
