You will join a global digital engineering organization where you will play a senior technical leadership role in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. This position focuses on building scalable and integrated ServiceNow platforms that support critical business functions across domains such as customer service, HR, and IT operations. You will act as both a technical expert and solution architect, translating complex business requirements into robust ServiceNow implementations. The role involves hands-on development, architectural decision-making, and leading integrations with multiple third-party systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will also mentor engineering teams, guide best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery across modules and releases. - Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules including APM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, and GRC.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using scripting and configuration tools such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and integrations.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs, solution architectures, and development roadmaps.
- Lead and support UAT, deployment activities, and production rollouts while ensuring smooth delivery cycles.
- Conduct technical analysis, effort estimation, and work breakdown structures for modules and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide high-quality resolutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing better design approaches, frameworks, and development practices.
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and delivery excellence.
- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to validate design choices and technology solutions.
- 7.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform implementation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules such as APM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or GRC.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
- Strong ServiceNow scripting skills including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and related configuration tools.
- ServiceNow SPM certification is required.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles.
- Experience in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectures.
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams in an Agile or enterprise environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
