This role is ideal for a strategic, highly organized professional who will lead brand strategy and operational execution for key products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable plans, drive business performance, and ensure alignment across marketing, finance, contracts, and field operations. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership, offering the opportunity to influence key decisions, optimize processes, and deliver measurable impact. The role is remote and provides the chance to contribute to brand growth while supporting a collaborative, innovation-driven culture. You will have the ability to shape brand priorities, manage complex projects, and foster strong internal and external partnerships.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating market and performance insights into actionable brand goals.
- Lead operational rhythm across brands, including team meetings, quarterly business reviews, forecasts, and weekly updates.
- Track performance metrics, monitor initiatives, and synthesize insights to inform leadership decisions.
- Support preparation of critical business presentations, sales decks, and other strategic deliverables.
- Collaborate across marketing, contracting, finance, analytics, patient access, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage execution of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and field tools, ensuring compliance and high-quality delivery.
- Partner with contracts and pricing teams to align brand activities with access and pricing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of commercial experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech brand management, marketing, or contracts & pricing.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
- Experience in business planning, budgeting, performance tracking, and understanding of the US market access environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Competitive salary range: $149,108.70 – $201,735.30 USD annually.
