This role sits at the intersection of engineering, sales, and customer success, supporting enterprise clients in evaluating and adopting advanced AI-driven software development solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales cycle, helping organizations understand how cutting-edge GenAI tools can transform their development workflows. Working closely with Account Executives and product teams, you will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and compelling demonstrations. The position combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and storytelling skills to influence senior technical and business stakeholders. You will contribute directly to proof-of-value engagements, solution design, and customer enablement in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role with strong exposure to AI, developer tools, and modern cloud ecosystems.
You will act as a key technical partner in the pre-sales process, supporting enterprise customers in understanding, evaluating, and adopting advanced AI-powered development solutions.
- Partner with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions
- Translate business needs into clear technical architectures and solution proposals
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and lead Proof of Value (PoV) engagements
- Support responses to technical and security questionnaires during enterprise sales cycles
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve product experience
- Contribute to the development of internal playbooks, tools, and best practices for pre-sales excellence
- Support smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales and customer onboarding
- Stay updated on trends in AI-driven development tools, cloud platforms, and software engineering ecosystems
The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, customer-facing experience, and a passion for AI-driven software development tools.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, including pre-sales or solutions engineering
- At least 2+ years of experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of software development tools, workflows, and modern engineering practices
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with command-line tools and developer environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple enterprise engagements
- Problem-solving mindset with high ownership and self-motivation
- Ability to mentor peers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Bonus: experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions
