Job Description

Senior Performance Marketer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Performance Marketer in France.

This role sits at the heart of a high-growth, AI-driven consumer tech environment where performance marketing directly fuels large-scale user acquisition. You will take ownership of high-budget paid acquisition channels and optimize campaigns across global markets with a strong focus on scaling efficiency and profitability. The position combines hands-on execution with strategic decision-making, requiring both analytical depth and strong creative instincts. You will work in a fast-moving, experiment-heavy environment where testing speed, iteration, and data-driven decisions are critical. This is an opportunity to directly impact the growth of a category-defining AI product used by tens of millions of users worldwide. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the CMO, in a fully remote, high-performance team culture.

Accountabilities
  • Own and scale paid acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, ASA, or native networks, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Design and execute high-velocity testing strategies across creatives, audiences, placements, and funnels.
  • Analyze performance metrics daily using tools such as GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards to drive optimization decisions.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks to support strategic planning and performance visibility.
  • Develop creative direction by defining hooks, angles, and messaging based on performance insights.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage relationships with media partners, negotiate placements, and explore new acquisition opportunities.
  • Implement automation and scalable processes through SOPs, playbooks, and internal tools.
  • Continuously adapt strategies based on platform changes, algorithm updates, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
  • 4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven experience managing $300K–$1M+ monthly paid media budgets.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native advertising networks.
  • Deep analytical skills with tools like GA4, tracking systems, attribution platforms, and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel optimization principles.
  • Ability to create creative briefs, analyze performance drivers, and iterate quickly on ad concepts.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and improving conversion funnels.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in experimental, high-speed environments with rapid iteration cycles.
  • Nice to have: experience in subscription-based models or regulated/sensitive verticals (dating, health, etc.).
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work setup with global flexibility.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level performance marketing roles.
  • Opportunity to scale a category-defining AI product with massive global reach.
  • High-impact role with direct influence on user acquisition strategy and growth.
  • Access to cutting-edge AI tools and advanced marketing technologies.
  • Annual in-person company gathering to connect with the global team.
  • Health and wellness support, including monthly allowance and psychological support services.
  • Co-working budget to support flexible work environments.
  • Dedicated learning budget for courses, conferences, and professional development.
  • Company-provided equipment and workspace support.
  • Fast-paced, elite remote team culture with high ownership and autonomy.
