This role is focused on driving strategic growth across the US market by identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities in software engineering and IT services. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure. The position requires a strong understanding of the US technology landscape, B2B buying behavior, and enterprise decision-making structures. You will build long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as CTOs, engineering leaders, and product executives. This is a highly autonomous, revenue-driven role where commercial impact, relationship-building, and execution excellence are essential. You will operate in a fast-paced, international environment collaborating closely with technical teams to position tailored nearshore development solutions. Success in this role directly contributes to expanding market presence and accelerating revenue growth in North America.
- Own the full sales cycle for US-based clients, including prospecting, lead generation, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the software engineering, nearshore development, and IT consulting space
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as CTOs, Engineering Managers, Product Leaders, and Procurement teams
- Conduct outbound prospecting using sales intelligence tools, databases, and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
- Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities focused on the US technology market
- Develop tailored proposals and value-based solutions aligned with client needs and delivery capabilities
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate solution scoping and successful deal execution
- Maintain strong awareness of US market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning
- 4–6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within IT services, software outsourcing, nearshore development, or consulting
- Proven track record of closing deals with US-based clients in software development, staff augmentation, or technology consulting services
- Strong understanding of the US B2B sales environment, business culture, and enterprise procurement processes
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads through outbound strategies and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms)
- Existing network or proven portfolio of successful client relationships within the US technology market
- Experience managing complex, full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to contract closure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders effectively
- Solid understanding of Agile software development and IT service delivery models
- Native-level or fully bilingual English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities
