This role is centered on leading full-cycle SaaS implementations for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, successful deployments, and long-term platform adoption. You will act as both a technical consultant and project lead, guiding customers through system configuration, workflow design, data migration, and integration activities. The position requires a strong ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while managing multiple client implementations simultaneously. You will work closely with stakeholders across client and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of software solutions. A key part of the role involves driving adoption through training, documentation, and change management support. This is a hands-on, high-ownership position in a fast-paced SaaS environment where successful execution directly impacts customer outcomes and satisfaction.

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and rollout strategies ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery.
• Act as the primary client-facing consultant, translating business requirements into technical workflows and configurations.
• Configure SaaS platforms including workflows, automations, permissions, and system settings based on client needs.
• Manage data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, validation, and integrity across systems.
• Coordinate integrations and API-based connectivity between SaaS platforms and client environments.
• Conduct UAT, testing, and quality assurance to ensure stable and reliable deployments.
• Deliver onboarding sessions, training programs, and documentation to support client adoption.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders proactively.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful implementations.

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, systems deployment, or implementation consulting.
• Strong experience in managing end-to-end software implementations and client onboarding processes.
• Proven ability to map business processes and translate them into technical workflows and system configurations.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, workflow automation, and system customization.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, data migration workflows, and implementation testing.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills across multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business users.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and structured problem-solving approach.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting or technical delivery roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools such as CRM, ERP, Salesforce, HubSpot, or NetSuite is a plus.
