Accountabilities:
  • Drive primary and secondary sales performance across assigned territories and retail channels.
  • Ensure maximum product visibility, optimal shelf placement, and strong in-store execution through effective merchandising activities.
  • Implement and monitor promotional campaigns, point-of-sale materials, and retail activation initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to support sales growth and market expansion.
  • Track market activities, competitor presence, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and improve execution strategies.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product distribution and replenishment.
  • Prepare regular sales and activity reports while maintaining accurate market and customer data.
  • Support the achievement of territory sales targets through proactive planning, execution, and relationship management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, CPG, or retail distribution environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, merchandising techniques, and retail execution strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor market trends and identify sales opportunities.
  • High level of perseverance, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing primary and secondary sales activities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with General Trade (GT) sales environments is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage territory travel, and perform effectively in a field-based role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational background preferred.
