  • Skill Building: Educate the team on foundational and advanced sales skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and CRM proficiency
  • Organizational Excellence: Teach and enforce best practices for personal and professional organization, specifically within HubSpot CRM and other company systems

  • 2+ years of people management experience with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members across varying experience levels
  • A strong desire to educate and lead, with a genuine passion for teaching others how to sell effectively
  • Excellent personal and professional organizational skills, with a track record of effective time management
  • Stable work history with demonstrated longevity and commitment in prior roles
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and data systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using HubSpot
  • Direct management experience in a compounding pharmacy setting
  • Recognition for sales performance (e.g., President’s Club, Winner’s Circle)

  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Field-based role requiring frequent travel to support, observe, and coach territory teams
  • Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with regular collaboration across sales, operations, and leadership
  • Frequent virtual engagement via Microsoft Teams or similar platforms for team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance check-ins; camera-on participation expected
  • Flexible scheduling required to accommodate the needs of a geographically dispersed team and regional business demands
  • Must be self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to manage a remote workload while maintaining consistent presence and accountability across the region
  • Ability to sit for extended periods during travel, virtual meetings, and CRM-based administrative work
  • Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and digital communication
  • Visual acuity required for reviewing performance reports, CRM dashboards, and sales materials
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally for transporting sales materials, samples, or training resources
