Sales Support Supervisor

Blue Diamond Attachments is seeking a friendly, tech-savvy Sales Support Supervisor to help lead and support our customer success team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys:
- Coaching and mentoring others
- Improving processes and workflows

- Supporting systems like Salesforce and ERP
- Creating structure, accountability, and consistency
- Helping customers and teammates succeed
This is not a high-pressure call center manager role. We are looking for a process-minded leader who can support the team, improve operations, and serve as the go-to resource for customer service problem solving.
What You’ll Do
- Coach and support Customer Service Representatives
- Help onboard and train new team members
- Build and improve customer service processes
- Support Salesforce and system workflow consistency
- Assist with escalated customer and dealer issues
- Coordinate with sales, operations, shipping, and product support
- Help track team performance and follow-up accountability
- Create training guides and process documentation
What We’re Looking For

- CRM expertise; Salesforce experience preferred
