Senior Manager, Product Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing in United States.

In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of product marketing across a multi-product K-12 education technology portfolio, shaping how solutions are positioned, adopted, and scaled in the market. You will play a central role in driving new business growth, customer engagement, and renewals through compelling messaging and go-to-market excellence. Working at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, you will translate customer insights and market trends into differentiated narratives that resonate with multiple personas. This is a high-impact leadership position where you will influence product strategy, build scalable marketing programs, and elevate how solutions are perceived across the education ecosystem. You will also mentor a small team while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of end-to-end go-to-market strategies across a multi-product portfolio serving diverse K-12 education stakeholders.
  • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to multiple personas and decision-makers across the buying journey.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Own product launch planning and execution, including campaign strategy, sales enablement, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Create and oversee high-impact marketing assets such as messaging frameworks, sales tools, playbooks, and digital content.
  • Partner closely with product management, sales, and enablement teams to ensure alignment and execution of GTM initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and market data to evaluate effectiveness and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a small product marketing team while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement innovative tools, including AI-driven solutions, to improve efficiency and scale marketing operations.
  • Influence product roadmap decisions by bringing forward customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or education technology environments.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling a multi-product portfolio with distinct personas and GTM strategies.
  • Strong track record of leading successful go-to-market strategies, product launches, and revenue-impacting initiatives.
  • Experience managing or mentoring product marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of customer-centric marketing, with the ability to translate insights into compelling narratives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using market research, customer feedback, and performance data to guide decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills across product, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to operate in dynamic environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong storytelling and messaging skills with the ability to influence complex buying committees.
  • Preferred: experience in K-12 education technology or similarly complex B2B markets.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI tools, marketing analytics, and modern product marketing practices.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range: $160,000 – $175,000 USD annually.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
  • Flexible time off, paid holidays, parental leave, and extended year-end break.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Employee equity plan and long-term incentive opportunities.
  • Professional development support and tools for continuous learning.
  • Additional wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including home office support and family-related reimbursements.
  • Inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on improving education outcomes.
