Strategic Partner Liaison

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategic Partner Liaison in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of provider engagement, industry advocacy, and strategic partnership development within the vision care ecosystem. You will act as a trusted external-facing representative, building and maintaining strong relationships with eye care professionals, influential doctors, and industry stakeholders. The position focuses on strengthening collaboration between providers and the organization while ensuring alignment with broader market and policy dynamics. You will help shape outreach strategies, resolve complex practice-level concerns, and support doctors in maximizing the value of their partnerships. Operating in a highly visible and relationship-driven environment, you will also contribute insights on industry trends and competitive pressures. This is a field-intensive role with significant travel and direct engagement across the United States.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead doctor advocacy and engagement efforts, serving as a primary liaison between providers and internal teams on insurance, policy, and operational matters.
  • Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to strengthen provider relationships and expand long-term partnership value.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key ophthalmic and optometric influencers, supporting market positioning and competitive strategy.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex provider issues, coordinating across internal stakeholders to research, analyze, and resolve concerns.
  • Represent provider perspectives internally to inform business strategy, product development, and policy alignment.
  • Deliver presentations, facilitate workshops, and act as a speaker at industry and provider-facing events.
  • Monitor industry trends, legislative developments, and market dynamics, sharing insights that may impact organizational strategy.
  • Support doctors in optimizing their use of insurance products, services, and programs to improve engagement and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in provider relations, account management, business development, outside sales, or client-facing roles, ideally within the optical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of managed vision care, insurance products, and healthcare or payer environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and resolve high-level escalations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with experience speaking to large or diverse audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, self-directed working style.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% nationally.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $84,000 to $141,750 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and commissions.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan and additional financial wellness programs.
  • Paid time off and holiday benefits.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven, industry-leading organization.
  • Access to leadership development, training, and continuous learning resources.
  • Flexible work structure with remote-based operations and significant field engagement.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on innovation and impact in vision care.
