Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review closing documents for real estate transactions
Coordinate closings with buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, attorneys, and internal staff
Review title commitments, lender instructions, payoffs, tax information, and settlement statements
Prepare Closing Disclosures, ALTA settlement statements, and related closing paperwork
Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with lender and company requirements
Schedule closings and communicate updates to all parties involved
Explain closing documents to clients in a professional and clear manner
Collect and verify funds needed for closing
Work with lenders to balance figures and obtain final approval
