As an Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and digital transformation through intelligent automation and system integration initiatives. Working on large-scale, international projects, you will design, develop, and optimize workflows that connect business-critical applications, reduce manual effort, and improve organizational performance. - Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation workflows using platforms such as Workato, Microsoft Power Automate, Mulesoft, and related technologies.
- Build and maintain integrations between SaaS applications, cloud platforms, databases, and internal systems using APIs, webhooks, and data transformation techniques.
- Develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for processes that cannot be integrated through standard APIs.
- Incorporate AI-driven capabilities into automation workflows, including data extraction, text classification, summarization, and intelligent process enhancement.
- Create reusable automation assets, templates, connectors, and standards to accelerate future implementations and improve consistency.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Produce clear technical documentation, operational procedures, and governance guidelines for automated processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and continuously improve the automation ecosystem through innovation and best practices.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation engineering, systems integration, workflow automation, or related technical roles.
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise automation and integration platforms such as Workato, Power Automate, Mulesoft, n8n, or similar technologies.
- Strong experience designing and delivering production-grade cloud automation and systems integration solutions.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML payloads, OAuth authentication, API keys, and modern integration architectures.
- Experience working with event-driven systems and scalable integration patterns.
- Practical knowledge of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered services into automated workflows.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages for workflow customization, data transformation, and automation logic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience documenting technical solutions and establishing governance standards for automation initiatives.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms and methodologies.
- Knowledge of intelligent document processing and automated data extraction solutions.
- Experience developing custom connectors for automation and integration platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered automation tools and emerging workflow technologies.
- Previous experience working in large-scale e-commerce, digital transformation, or enterprise technology environments.
