This role sits at the intersection of sales, product expertise, and technical consulting, supporting enterprise customers in understanding and adopting a leading platform for critical infrastructure management. You will partner closely with Account Executives and senior leadership to deliver compelling product demonstrations and translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value. The position involves engaging with stakeholders across multiple industries, from operational teams to C-level executives. You will also configure and adapt the platform to match prospect requirements and ensure tailored solution design. This is a highly customer-facing role where technical depth, storytelling, and problem-solving directly influence revenue outcomes. You will play a key role in advancing digital transformation for large-scale infrastructure organizations.
- Deliver value-based technical demonstrations to prospects across multiple industries and seniority levels
- Partner with Account Executives to support full pre-sales cycles and solution positioning
- Translate customer business processes into tailored platform configurations and solutions
- Configure and extend a Salesforce-based platform to meet prospect requirements
- Develop and deliver customized demos aligned with customer use cases
- Support solution scoping and ensure accurate technical alignment with delivery teams
- Contribute to demo environments, scripts, and presales assets for sales teams
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to Product Management
- Support continuous improvement of presales processes and methodologies
- Participate in mentoring and onboarding of new presales team members
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical pre-sales roles
- Strong ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences
- Experience translating complex business processes into technical solutions
- Familiarity with Salesforce-based platforms or similar SaaS environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to learn new industries and adapt quickly to different customer contexts
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and technical aptitude
- Experience working closely with Sales and Product teams
- Knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, or infrastructure platforms preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, customer-driven environments
