Pay Range

$68,900.00-$94,700.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

The Project Analyst supports project and program teams by analyzing data, tracking performance, deliveries, mitigating risk, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. This role serves as a critical liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, providing actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from key performance indicators (KPIs), project tools, and team input.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor project health and performance trends.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for project teams and leadership.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project success.
  • Support the development of mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Track and report risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with timelines and scope.
  • Track project budgets and expenditures, highlighting variances and forecasting potential impacts.
  • Support change management efforts related to scope, schedule, or cost adjustments.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level summaries.
  • Communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to project sponsors, clients, and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, reports, and logs.
  • Support compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Assist with audits and post-project reviews as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
  • Experience in project management tools, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel and Microsoft 360 tools), tasks and resources planning, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), and reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SAP for purchasing and budget management transactions.
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Experience supporting large-scale or complex programs.
  • Data analysis and querying tools.
