EPIQ Logistics is a trusted Amazon Delivery Service Partner dedicated to safety, efficiency, and strong operational performance. We are looking for an experienced Amazon DSP Dispatcher with a solid understanding of Amazon delivery systems, driver coordination, and day-to-day DSP operations.

Position Summary

The DSP Dispatcher is essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly. This role is responsible for ensuring routes are launched on time, drivers receive support throughout their shifts, and Amazon performance standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can make quick decisions, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage daily dispatch operations and route launches
Track driver progress throughout the day using Cortex
Provide live support to drivers, including rescues, route changes, and troubleshooting
Monitor key performance metrics such as DCR, POD, EOC, safety, and on-time dispatch
Plan and coordinate rescues and route adjustments as needed
Communicate with Amazon OTR leadership
Ensure compliance with company policies and Amazon standards
Support driver coaching, feedback, and performance improvement

Requirements

Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Flex, Cortex, and delivery performance metrics
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Weekend availability and flexibility with scheduling
Comfortable using computers and tracking operational data
