We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to be the face of our practice and play an important role in ensuring our days run smoothly. We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

Duties (including but not limited to):
- Client service
- Answer phone calls
- Take accurate messages and book appointments
- Maintain charts and computer records
- Pharmacy and retail sales
- Clean kennels and cages
- Wash, fold, and restock towels and blankets
- Clean surgery table between procedures
- Marketing implementation
- Maintenance/housekeeping
- Financial responsibilities
- Process patient photos and dental charts
Education and Physical Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have experience working in the public (ie: restaurant, retail or service business)
- Experience in a veterinary hospital is required
- Dependable attendance is required
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
