Job Description
Keltec is seeking a highly organized and driven Recruiter to support our growing manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions and providing administrative support for portions of the salaried hiring process. The ideal candidate brings manufacturing recruiting experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational skill.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Hourly Recruiting
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly manufacturing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and timelines
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume roles
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Coordinate and conduct structured interviews
- Extend offers and support pre-employment processes
- Salary Recruiting
- Provide administrative support including scheduling interviews, coordinating calendars, and managing candidate communications
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records
- Prepare offer documentation and onboarding materials
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate flow
- Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience managing high-volume hourly recruiting
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting salaried or professional hiring processes
- Knowledge of workforce planning in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with onboarding and pre-employment processes
- ADP Experience
- Bilingual not required but highly valued
