Job Description
We are seeking a Land Appraiser / Property Analyst to evaluate land and property assets, conduct market research, and provide accurate assessments that support real estate decisions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable reviewing land records, analyzing property trends, and preparing detailed reports for clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Review and assess land values based on market conditions and property characteristics
- Research zoning regulations, land use restrictions, and regional market activity
- Analyze comparable property sales and valuation data
- Prepare appraisal and property analysis reports
- Conduct property inspections and gather supporting information
- Work closely with brokers, clients, and land professionals during transactions
- Maintain accurate records and property databases
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience in property valuation, land analysis, or real estate research is an advantage
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to interpret maps, legal descriptions, and land records
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property-related software
