This role plays a key part in supporting a specialized securities liquidation and sales support program focused on fixed-income and equity assets. You will work closely with internal sales professionals to help execute transactions, maintain accurate client and pipeline data, and ensure smooth coordination across operational and client-facing activities. The position blends administrative precision with financial services exposure, contributing directly to revenue-generating initiatives and client satisfaction. You will be involved in preparing reports, organizing sales materials, and supporting trade execution workflows through internal platforms. - Support the execution of fixed-income and equity security transactions through internal trading platforms based on client and team requests.
- Maintain and update pipeline data, client records, and prospect databases to ensure accuracy and reliability of sales information.
- Prepare, format, and maintain sales materials, reports, presentations, and documentation using standard business tools and systems.
- Gather and organize data from multiple sources to support reporting, business development, and decision-making activities.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to sales teams, including handling inquiries and coordinating follow-ups with clients.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support trade execution, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth sales processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and documentation standards while supporting efficient workflow execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, securities operations, sales support, or investment-related environments.
- Understanding of fixed-income and equity securities, with familiarity in sales or trading support processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general business systems.
- Experience or familiarity with tools such as Bloomberg or FactSet is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams while maintaining professionalism.
