Position Overview

We're looking for a hungry, driven, and highly resourceful Sales Leader to help accelerate growth at a rapidly scaling FinTech company.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines and manage from a dashboard. We're looking for a true player-coach—someone who can lead a team of Account Executives while still rolling up their sleeves to prospect, build relationships, close deals, and create repeatable sales processes.

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you'll play a key role in building and scaling our sales organization. You'll lead existing Account Executives, help recruit and develop future sales talent, and establish the outreach strategies and operating rhythms necessary to achieve aggressive growth targets.

What You'll DoLead & Develop the Team
  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and performance coaching.
  • Create accountability through metrics, forecasting, and clear performance expectations.
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop future sales talent.
Drive Revenue Growth
  • Own team revenue performance and help exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Personally engage in prospecting, business development, and deal execution when needed.
  • Assist Account Executives with complex opportunities and key customer conversations.
  • Leverage your professional network to create new business opportunities and strategic introductions.
Build Sales Infrastructure
  • Develop and refine outbound sales strategies and prospecting programs.
  • Establish scalable sales processes, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to optimize lead generation and pipeline development.
Operate as a Builder
  • Help create structure in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Solve problems independently and drive initiatives without extensive direction.
  • Bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve how we sell.
What We're Looking ForRequired Experience
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quota.
  • 2+ years of sales leadership or team management experience.
  • Experience managing and coaching Account Executives or similar.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and business development skills.
  • Experience building sales processes, programs, or teams from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated success in a high-growth environment.
Preferred Experience
  • FinTech, SaaS, technology, financial services, or payments industry experience.
  • Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Experience hiring and scaling sales teams.
  • Familiarity with modern sales technology and CRM platforms.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 annually
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000+
  • Uncapped Commission Structure
  • Significant upside for top performers
